Terrible Service at the MTN Vincent store in the EC. DONT EVER GO THERE

WORST SERVICE EVER! My mother wanted to start a data contract on this store. The lady in store just took my mothers ID and Pay slip and said she would call her when she is approved. We waited for a whole week no phone call. We went back after a week and enquired only to find that my mother was authenticated but the lady did not bother to call her to finalize the contract for her to receive her data. They also said they couldn’t help because the lady who helped my mother the last time is the only one to finish off the service. We left and waited for a call they said they would do. They didn’t. We had to call again and ask them to finalize the contract and said they would email the contract for her to sign. They didn’t do that at all. I called one last time to ask her what contract she signed my mother to, and she told me she signed her up for a contract we never asked for. As I was trying to understand what was going on she dropped the call.

We have given up on that store and we will seek service elsewhere. That store does not deserve any customers. The consultants are highly *********** and *************!
