Terrible service at MTN Randridge Mall - Staff totally ineffective and unhelpful

The service at the Randridge Mall in Honeydew is absolutely horrific. Please do NOT use this service branch if at all possible. I have been into the branch 4 times now to do a simple sim swap as my phone was ******. My last attempt was unsuccessful again as their systems were switched off early as they wanted to go home early. Arrived at the branch at 16:10 and their website clearly states that they close at 17:00. I have been with MTN for over 20 years and have never experienced such uninterested staff. My Daughter and her mother had the same type of service at the MTN service centre at Clearwaters Mall, Roodepoort. They were so unimpressed with their reception that they turned around and went across the hall to the Vodacom store and within 20 minutes they had two contracts signed and new phones received. Think it is time to migrate to a service provider that actually gives a ****. Totally unacceptable MTN.
