terrible service at mtn

I bought my cell phone on contract incl insurance from Mtn mall of the north of which the did not deduct their monthly premium for three months so far due to their system error. now i wanted to claim but the insurance declined my claim due to non payment. nevertheless i was advised to go to the store to get motivational letter which the store did not send through and they promised to contact me within hours which did not happen till i phoned them, i was helped by Gloria at mall of the north store . i`m really frustrated with mtn bad service and not caring attitude their staff have. i cant even concentrate at work because of this issue with mtn and i will never again take any stupid contract from mtn , their service is terrible and have unreliable staff members who will take you from corner to corner instead of helping a client. i now believe that mtn must pay back my airtime that i have used contacting useless people and get nothing back. unhappy customer contacts ********** 242
