Terrible service at Cape Gate branch

Terrible service at Cape Gate

Me and my business partner decided we wanted to open a business contract for two cellphones. ON 7 May I went into the Cape Gate Mtn shop, and asked for a list of documents they would need if we want to open an account. They also gave my email *** to use to send these documents. On 10 May I forwarded all our bank statements, CIPC docs, ids, proof of address etc. After two days I had no feedback, so I sent email. On the 13th still nothing from them, so I

phoned in. The lady told me that they will start the application now and send me a form to fill in. After the weekend on 16 May we sent in the form. On the 18th we phoned again to follow up with application. They said the lady working with our application was not at work for 2 days,so nothing was done. We asked them to please urgently handle this as urgent, because it is not our fault if somebody is not at work. We asked for feedback before the end of the day. As expected again, no feedback given. This is really frustrating. Can somebody please assist.
