Terrible service and unprofessional staff

Absolutely appalling service! My husband contacted MTN because he wanted to upgrade, but he ended up speaking to three different consultants who couldn’t answer basic questions about your specials. To make matters worse, two of them hung up on him when he asked how they didn’t know. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. How can such poorly trained staff represent your brand? Useless and incredibly disappointing experience!
