Terrible Service and *****ulent contract

Mtn are a bunch of *****sters and their consultants are completely useless. I even visited the Clearwater branch and I was told they cannot assist. They told me to call 135 and after holding on the line for almost an hour a rude arrogant consultant by the name of Musa Xhosana could not assist me advising me that the mtn consultants at Clearwater branch is playing with my mind and she cant do anything because the sales department messed up my contract. I am extremely angry and frustrated. I was told to go to 14th Avenue MTN to get assistance. How is this okay
