Terrible service and quality

I ordered a contract phone online on black Friday last year, the phone was only delivered to me in April. I made phone calls to mtn and the customer service agents always said I must phone the online department, the online department doesn't answer the phone and the calls got cut numerous times. They then told me to put a query through online and I did, but no one gave any help, finally I found out in April that the problem was they didn't have the color I requested and I had to email them and tell them to call me to change the color. Seriously where is the brains in this place. To top it all off the phone comes with no headphones, I mean seriously that is the first time ever that a phone came with no headphones especially if it's a type c phone, with no jack. Completely ****ty service to a customer who has been with them for years.
