Terrible service and problem not solved after 1 week

My husbands sim has been barred for no reason. We keep calling to get someone to help. They all give the same instructions and nothing is working. We went to the store and they couldn’t help either. Sometimes the agent puts us on hold because they don’t know how to help and then eventually just cut the call. This service is pathetic. He cannot make calls, send messages or receive calls. This is the most frustrating service we have received.
