Terrible service and no accountability.

I have been trying for weeks to get assistance from MTN regarding my account. Every time I contact Customer Care, they pass me on to the "legal department" or to an external company, but none of them can find any records of my account. In the meantime, this is affecting my credit score and causing unnecessary stress.

MTN refuses to provide proper answers, ignores follow-up emails, and keeps bouncing me between departments without resolution. For such a big company, their customer service is shocking – no ownership, no feedback, and no clear communication.

If you are considering taking a contract with MTN, think twice. Once they have your money, you will struggle to get any help when there’s a problem.
