Terrible service and incorrect service

First I decided to get a sim card and contract for my ipad for internet access. I was told that I need 3 months bank statements once I got it and went back it was said that it was not needed. COntract was taken out for R189 per month 2 gig during the day and 2 gig at night. I Asked specifically if there will be Any additional costs and they confirmed that there will be none. After I month Ive been waiting for the sim card i started to receive my accounts. First an additional amount was deducted in June for R900 and then i July for R1 900. I asked Charlene to sort this out but Ive been waiting now 3 weeks for June's account to be sorted. Im trying to find out what's going on on the July account but just no one is answering the phone. Charlene logged a call and said that she will inform me with the progress but just nothing is happening. Not getting any feedback and when I go to the branch they just say that they are waiting. There was never a cap on my internet after I asked if there will be any additional cost and confirmation was given that there will be none. This is probably the poorest service ever in my life
