Terrible service and given the runaround

Called in on 16 November Agent Cynthia made an offer which was decent. I asked her to check if I could add a device and requested her to call back should the line drop.

The line dropped shortly thereafter, no return call from her.

I then receive an sms to rate her service, rep**** that I am waiting for a callback which never came.

Later received an sms with a reference number for the call stating that the case is closed.?????

Made numerous calls back, could never locate Cynthia

Today, I hear from an mtn rep that I was most likely dealing with a partner called ignition group.

During calls to the mtn help desk last week, they were able to trace the reference number, that's how I got the name Cynthia!

Today, neither mtn nor ignition are able to trace the reference number stating it does not exist and neither does my call on the 16 November
