TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!! POSSIBLY THE WORST PROVIDER NOW.

If I could give negative (-) I would. MTN has no doubt become one of, if not the worst mobile service providers. The incompetence with the customer services people is also quite atrocious. Signal is also so weak lately. Everything from contract applications, to Monthly wifi connection to billing to turnaround times after logging complaint or queries, to instore service. Going into detail will take forever. If this is what big providers become when they have made their billions, then I'd rather stick with the smaller guys that offer more personalised service than deal with these jokes. Truly pathetic, considering peiple pay their hard earned money for service.
