Terrible service again from MTN

Signed up for a new package only to be told that the minutes available are for MTN to MTN only. Paying nearly R1K a month for a contract i cannot make calls on as it now say I have no air time. What is the R1k a month for? called the call centre and push from call to call only to be told to cal MTN direct on *** which is the number for DSV. Total choke of a company and will advise NOT to sign up to MTN at all cost.
