Terrible service

Stay away from insurance offered by MTN. I've been waiting for more then 48 hours for an insurance claim. Every single day admyntec is asking for one thing or another which I'm not sure why their claim form does not contain the entire information. My cellphone has been ******, I'm unable to work and now I must wait 5days for admyntec to process my claim and yet I pay them promtly every single month.
