Terrible service

I have been Happy with MTN but now I am truly disappointed 😞☹️ with the service. I really can't believe that i have been debited for the contract number *** that i requested cancellation for on the Monday, June 20, 2022 9:56 AM. The cancellation of the contract was never cancelled and i want my full refund as well as the cancellation of the contract on the cell number *** as there has been no activity since 2022.06.20 and no usage utilised as I request for the cancellation in 2022. I don't receive any statements or itemised bill otherwise i would have noted long ago that you are billing me incorrectly. Please confirm why the contract was not yet cancelled. I have logged the complaint last week on Wed 2024/05/15 12:18 till now no feedback. I am truly disappointed 😞☹️ with the service.
