Terrible service

I bought a month to month online. Upon delivery it was not working. The Bethlehem jerk street store did not assist because it was an online purchase, she went to the kerk street store and was again not assisted because it’s an online purchase.I then utilised the MTN chat service and the consultant sent a response that I should take to the store. My mother then went to the Bethlehem kerk street store with the text and they said they can’t help her because the account was in my name not hers. We asked that they email me the cancellation form so that I can sign it- I haven’t received it thus far. My mother left the router in the store after she was advised to do so and the store manager will call . The call back from the store was very condescending and no assistance has been provided thus far

A few minutes after she left I received a call from the store, they advised that I send someone else to do the cancellation, I explained that my mother already went 3 times and was not assisted, the representative said it can be anyone else but not my mother. I then ended the call because my mom is the only one I can send.

I sent another email and WhatsApp chats requesting cancellation forms but I still haven’t received even today.
