terrible service

mtn's terrible contract service , for the past 5 months i have been trying to sort out my contract with mtn , mtn has been suspending my account for the last 5 months because their billing system has not been up to standard i have been with them for the past 2 years and even took out an extended line hoping it would up the service but i was wrong , not only does my services keep getting suspended but now it affects my credit rating as Mtn keeps stating that my account is arrears which it is not , after paying my account my account only stays active for two weeks and there after gets suspended.
