Terrible service
I am truly saddened and disappointed with the service I received yesterday from your Randburg square branch. There's two old ladies with attitude who made me feel like I was bothering them by requesting for a sim swap. One stood and walked away as I was inquiring and the other started watching series on her cellphone while I was speaking to her. She did not even bother to reduce the volume. Told her I could not hear her and she spoke over me with a stinking attitude. This can't be the way you do things.

Facebook has advised that the request is still pending, for how long though? I need my number to work and access certain things. This is frustrating, I won't even lie.
