TERRIBLE SERVICE

Hi, took out a home rooter contract 01/2025, on the contract it stipulates when you want to cancel you need to give 20 working days written notice - which I did 27/12/2025. Initial contract ended 31/01/2026, since them I have been sent from pillar to post, Call Centre, shop, Call Centre - handed in the rooter as instructed at shop and still contact to date has not been cancelled. When you phone the Call Centre, they just say they cannot help you after spending 20 or more minutes on phone. Again, I am sent back to the shop 3 months later, once again debited from my account, rooter handed in at store and still my contract is not cancelled. Every ticket loaded has been closed without as much as a phone call or any feedback.
