Terrible service

My mum wanted to take home internet month to month but I was going to pay for it. Long story short I ended up taking it on my name the agent said there was coverage after receiving the router and waiting 3 days for it to be rica’d it worked 1 day and there was no coverage tried canceling I was told to paid claw back of R5000 or wait. Now my debit due I can’t pay for something I’m not using and was taken out on false information. I’m not getting any joy or assistance.
