Terrible Service
I have received service from the staff at the MTN Diamond Pavilion branch in Kimberley and would not recommend them to any future clients. Not only were they unprofessional with regards to my upgrade but I had to threaten to cancel my contract with MTN and take my business elsewhere before I was assisted. I find this highly unacceptable as I have never experienced such service from MTN in the past.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced caused.
We have now escalated the matter directly to the Regional Manager for the store and requested that it be addressed accordingly in order to prevent further issues occurring in the future.
