Terrible service

I received my new phone 26.11.2015 and called the call centre on *** to do a sim swop from prepaid to contract. I spoke to Albert who confirmed the sim had been activated. I then requested to be transferred to set limit. I spoke to a very helpful Cleopatra who assisted me and also informed me the sim swop was not done so I had to be transferred back to sort out my sim query. I then spoke to Luyanda who has to be the most arrogant and rude call centre I have ever spoken to. I explained to him that I spoke to Albert who did not do as I asked and Albert told me not to get excited, when I addressed that statement he said he used the wrong word and he is Zulu and not English speaking. Nowhere in that conversation did I ever mention anything about his language. He asked for my sim number and he told me not to rush and that he would lead the call. I had to take a very deep breath because I need my phone but he is really *******. I worked in many call centres previously and that is no way to speak to a customer. The way I felt during that call was if this is the way I am going to be treated when I have just become a customer, do I really want to deal with these people?
