Terrible service

Very Very bad services, took me almost 2 week to apply for a contract, each time approve and then they dont have my correct details, once they asked and verify my details and I speak to the following Consultant the previous one never updated my details. I finally went into a branch as online you useless and Consultant told me the verification department is just helpful. Finally someone contacted me Monday and everything was sorted. Now 3 days later no communication with regards to delivery (on your terms and conditions it states 1-3 working days) - I want to cancel my contract, if I start like this, you dont deserve my money for the next 36 months. Cancel my contract!
