Terrible Service

How long do I have to wait for someone to contact me to get the data loaded on my son's phone. First email was sent 06/02/2024, it is now 12/03/2024 and still NO HELP from mtn. The service is really pathetic. And every reply I get "We apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered." You can't even get hold of anyone at mtn, because there is no service to help you with a different number on your contract. Seriously guys, if you are wanting to join mtn, DON'T. Their service is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!
