terrible service
its been 3 weeks since i have been trying to get hold of you each time i call i get placed on hold and the consultants cut the call on me i expect a call from a manager immediately !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

21 Nov 2022, 13:18I cannot believe the service that im receiving from MTN its pathetic
trying to cancel my account that's been settled for the past 3 weeks now
1st call i made Nkwanele answered took down my details only to tell me she will call me back at 4pm now mind you i made this call before 12 pm she eventually told me to hold the line while she had a conversation with her friend for a good 10 mins before dropping the call on me
now i finally get hold of a consultant 3 weeks later only to tell me i still owe extra as i didnt cancel in time ask to speak to a manager lol and suddenly all of them are on lunch breaks as per consultant KAARATH
