Terrible service

Mtn service is horrible

From agents to m team leaders. How many month must it take 1 to claim for their insurance after paying for excess fee? I spoke to one agent by the name of Boipelo she was sooo damn rude and not giving me a chance to speak as she keep saying I said it’s done with an attitude.but 4weeks later am sitting without a phone. I will never take another contract with MTN it’s terrible and service sucks. Am ****ed off RN.
