Terrible Service

Contacting MTN to unblock my number after their debt collector (Vericred) collected all due payments has been a nightmare. MTN changed a debt collector and claim to have not received any payments from Vericred. To make the matters worse, MTN sends me the details of the new debt collector that I must now contact and make arrangements to pay the money that Vericred has already collected. Multiple emails back and forth with MTNs complaints department and they’ve now just stopped replying my emails and my number is still blocked. Almost 2 months after the last debit order.
