Terrible Service

I have a problem with my wifi that says connecting with no internet access and when I phone mtn they say they can't do anything on their side they need to escalate it to someone else.

I find this very ridiculous that my money gets debited every month but then when I face a problem with an mtn service no one can help me.

This problem needs to be sorted out immediately, very quick to take peoples money but very slow when it comes to helping those people
