Terrible service

I'm never buying a SIM or opening a contract with MTN ever again ,it's just a bunch of stupid reasons for the smallest issues you could have ... just bought a new SIM ,got it rica'd and now it's RICA barred !? so not only did I just waste 20 minutes to Rica a SIM for it not to work ,but now I have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to do it again ? no thank you ,I'll switch to Vodacom
