Terrible Service

I am a victim of ***** someone took out 2 contracts under my names in December at MTN after realising an unknown debit order from my bank account seeing the reference as MTN i called MTN on the 3rd of January 2022 and enquired. I was told to send through an affidavit and copy of ID i did that on the 4th of January at an MTN store at Mall of the North given 2 reference numbers I have since been enquiring about the progress being told its under investigation. Today 23 March i am being told that my 2 reference numbers have nothing attached so i need to resend the affidavit and ID copy to them i did that and i was given another reference. My account is being debited while it takes time to investigate.
