terrible service

terrible customer care service (135) did a new contract online everything went smoothly called them the day after to remind them to update my number so courier service could get ahold of me . Thay have done nothing but when you call thay always say its done . it has been done but after me missing my delivery parcel. My parcel is currenly sitting with the courier company who say thay cannot do anything until mtn gives them further instructions . i called mtn again and thay still have not done anything .
