Terrible service

Hi I have signed 2 new contracts and after many issues i got my SIM delivered with intervention for management but now my secound contract by DSV is an issue. Why does MTN use a company who treats their customers terribly and cannot accomidiate and this is my secound complaint in 2 weeks. I signed a secound contract and I am having huge issues to get my delivery after being promised by the MTN consultant that this bad service will not happen. I am thinking of cancelling my new contract,
