TERRIBLE SERVICE

After MTN cleaned my whole account by *****ulently deducting a debit order 11 times and then tried to take the debit order 7 more times, making my admin fees extremely high, still no one got in touch with me regarding this matter. On top op that I am bombarded with emails that states my debit order was unsuccessful..... After they owe ME money, on top if that they want to report me to the credit bureau! Insanity. Useless service delivery.
