Terrible Service

I bought a phone in July and in Nov it was not working, took it to the shop and was told i will get a new one since it was within 6 months. Since then i have not recieved any feed back, when i go to the shop they tell me they will call back of which they dont, i called the call centre and was told to go back to the branch and speak to the manager. Went in again yesterday theybtold me the person who took the phone is not at work they will call me today once he is back..still no response i had to call again to be told he was not in they cant assist me until he is back. I am paying for the phone that i have not used for the whole 2 months. RICHARDS BAY BOARDWALK BRANCH
