Terrible Service

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Started off with applying for an upgrade online and waiting weeks for no response. Went to store and got told that the lady does not yet have access and can’t help me. Eventually found someone in store to assist and waited another 2 weeks. Got an SMS to say my contract has been upgraded however have not received the phone for it! After 5 days later I go into store (yet again) and get told my phone is there however I cannot have it. The lady that did my upgrade is not there and apparently no one else can help. Called the call centre and they could t help. I have been paying for 5 days upgrade with no phone!
