Terrible service

I'm from MTN in Vryburg. There's a dark lady working there with the most terrible attitude. The manager asked her politely to assist me and she said she has things to to when she was just sitting doing nothing. In this store there's only 2 employees that work. The talk white guy in the front desk and the short white lady. The rest of the staff are clearly there to chill and get paid.
