Terrible Service

Due to the lockdown I did my upgrade over the phone for the first time ever. The service I received was great however when it came time to get feedback, the experience is horrible. The lack of service is so bad that I am thinking about cancelling my contract completely. I dealt with a Donations that after having him emailed 3 times to give me a call back, still hasn't done so. Even his supervisor did not call me back. I will not recommend Mtn to any of my friends, family or colleagues ever. I am really disappointed in Mtn. Will properly not get a response from this either.
