Terrible Service

I app**** online for a cellphone contract on the 08/09/2020 and received a mail with a reference no which stated that I would receive a call from an agent and should have my documents ready . I did not receive any contact from mtn so I decided to go through the client care and then received a mail from them on the 10/09/2020 with *** again stating that ai will receive a call from an agent with contact details, I then used the contact details to follow up and was told thadt my application is being reviewed,I mean really how long does it take to review an application. I am amazed that this company actually manages to get new clients as it seems they are doing there upmost best to make sure that their prospective clients will move to their competitors.
