Terrible Service

Hi, My name is Samantha, I took out a wi fi contract with MTN last week made an online payment on the same day is this is the requirements. Delivery was only done this week Tuesday & to date my router is still not active. The number for the call centre does not work & I had to hold on for over an hour to be told that the re activation team only works from 08:00 to 17:00 daily. Finally got hold of the re activations department then I am told it will take 24 hrs & if not active then I should call back..........Called back then I was told but there is nothing they can do I have to wait another 24hrs to 48hrs & still nothing. I want my money back immediately just like my payment & please ppl do not go with this service provider they are terrible. Rain is better & faster with service then all these big companies. Samantha
