Terrible service!!!

I took out an mtn contract in Jan and cancelled the contract within the 7 days cooling off period as it wasn't what i wanted. They proceeded to debit me twice the amount without any invoice, i have since been trying to get my money back and ofcos the is endless promises for a refund. Their service is ********** to say the least.
