Terrible service

<p>I went to MTN Sasolburg today and received the worst service and experience I have ever received from MTN. I did an upgrade on my cell number and took the apple iphone, as I returned back to work I opened the box and start up my new phone. I made a call to test the phone and the ear piece did not work, I then took off from work again and went back to the MTN store in Sasolburg. I explained to the sale's person Stephan that the phone is faulty and according to my contract it need to be replaced from their side, he then arrogantly explained to me that I cant do a complaint and need to wait one day before I can lay a complaint and they any-way do not have stock. MTN Sasolburg NEVER HAVE STOCK and this have been going on now for AGES. Please assist.</p>
