Terrible service
Im really disappointed in MTN for mot being able to attend to my query for two months,my contract expired last year October 2018,but O didn't know I must call in to cancel the contract,then I received an email from Hammondpole attorneys saying I owe R4900,I then paid that amount and Thando from Hommondpole attorneys was very helpful and sge still trying her best for my account to be removed from MTN legal. I then received an email from VVM attorneys who say I still owe MTN,VVM are like MTN,they are both ***********, I cant get help from them,then today 22nd of July 2019 I went to MTN ****arney and qas assisted by Mpho,but still cant be helped because the call centre agents say the unable to transfer me to the legal department, I just need my name to be cleared and contract cancelled as im now with Telkom
