Terrible Service

On the 3rd June I handed my phone in at MTN Vaal Mall for repairs, the repairs centre sent me a quotation on the 9th and 12th and I declined the quotation as adviced by MTN insurance. MTN Insurance advised that I need to decline and ask they return my phone as the insurance will collect it from me. I did as advised, even called the repair centre requesting they return my phone. I then followed up with MTN Vaal Mall if my phone was back yet and they advised they have not received it yet. On Monday the 3rd July I went to MTN Vaal Mall again to follow up, was advised its not yet back, maybe back tomorrrow, they will call to let me know. Yesterday the 6th July I called the repair centre and was advised that my phone was delivered at MTN Vaal Mall on the 28th June and Stephan from Vaal Mall signed for it. I then went to MTN Vaal Mall to find out, they checked and there my phone was in their safe, now after all that the lady says mybe it was not delivered on the 28th I asked when was it signed off and she says the person who signed did not put a date, now she cannot prove what she is saying about the delivery date, now I must request a delivery note from repair centre to prove what they are saying about the phone been delivered on the 28th. All this time I have no phone onlu using work phone and missing out on my personal business, I have wasted my petrol, my airtime and my time to follow up on this really.
