terrible service
i have been rica barred since monday, i called mtn which i was told they have escalated to the courier company, its been a week now im waiting, the sim card has been activated but i cant do anything with it,

Rica registering is done at any MTN store , all they require is your ID and proof of address.

13 Jul 2018, 10:51i spoke to customer care and they told me that it can be done with the courier aswell, she then escalated to the courier company as i had given the courier driver my proof of residence my id copy , nobody told me to go to mtn shop to rica when i was taking out the contract, only 3 days after receiving the cellphone im told to go rica at mtn shop that is 50km away from where i am right now.
