Terrible service

<p>on the 6/05/2017 I upgraded two lines with mtn for iPhone 7 plus and s8 on the iPhone 7 plus mtn advise that there had no stock and within 5 days there will get my phone an contact me on the 11/05/17 there as me to come in store to collect my phone when I get there there make me wait half and hour only to be told that there don't have the correct stock and there will contact me again once the stock arrives on the 19/05/17 there called me again sayin there is no stock of any iPhone 7 plus and that if I can settle for iPhone 7 silver I said that fine as I am in urgent need for upgraded phone I than drove to the store again I waited for over and hour only to be told that the system was done and that the order can't be process I kept my cool and ask the lady to call me the next day so I can collect my order Saturday 20/05 I waited the entire day ad than called the store around 4 and there said the system still not up and tere will contact me I am totally frustrated now as it been two weeks and 3 trips to the store it costing me time and money running up and down and not been given correct information I been a loyal customer for last 3 years and I am not pleased with this sort service firstly mtn is false advertising on the iPhone 7plus why promise me somthing if u don't have stock secondly don't call me into a store make wait hours on end and than send me back empty handed I need answers no and I need my new phone ASAP A </p>
