Terrible service
<p>On the 11th May I paid R640.80 via internet banking..I received an sms from mtn confirm8ng they had received this payment. On the 16th May mtn debited my account despite having received my payment.. I called them to reverse this debit and they did..now I am owing them R640.80 to them how is that when you received payment on the 11th???</p>

I seem to be having this same issue again this month, my statement shows that I owe R629 yet my normal amount is R618 please rectify.
