Terrible service
This organization just wants to debit your account when it comes to service they are not there for you, I had a claim with monitor administrators who handle all mtn insurance claims still I have no joy, the stuff is not organized the management doesn't know what they are doing they are useless and can't help. They took my phone to some doggy repairer and I have to wait 5 days to get my phone back guess what it was not fixed now I have it and still it's not fixed they take me from pillar to post no one wants to take responsibility. I've never dealt with a massive group of *********** people such as this MTN Monitor Administrators :( Now they are failing to send authorization to wefix a simple task they are failing.
