Terrible service

I've stayed over 4 hours on a call with the coverage department and I didn't get help. This is by far the worst service I've gotten in the history of service. Spoke to a Dudu, a Yolanda and one consultant gave me a **** name because they just keep going in circles. It's so disappointing that a service I'm paying almost 500 for has not been working for over 2 weeks and I can't even get help from MTN. I must just cancel the contract and spare myself this uselessness that MTN shows
