Terrible service

<p>I called into the call center at 6:13pm on 17 March from the number ********** 735 spoke to a lady who says her name is zama zondi. She was very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Raise her voice and talked over me. Refused for me to speak to a team leader or senior stating their all in a meeting. I don't think impatient, rude and unwilling to help people shouldn't be servicing any clients. </p>
