Terrible Service

ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER *** - it has been more then 9 days and I am still waiting for this call back.

ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER *** It has been since December that I have been waiting for this call back and this is terrible service. I try and call but I am unable to get hold of anyone that can assist me with my request since December.
